Cancellation Policy
I’ll always do my best to cancel any order upon request, but I can’t guarantee it once handling has begun.
If you would like to cancel an order, please reach out to me as soon as possible at nicholas@piparoproductions.com.
30-Day Guarantee
If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your order, you’re covered by my 30-day return policy.
Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order, and send you a free return shipping label or a replacement.
I want every customer to love what they ordered. If it doesn’t feel right, just let me know. I'm happy to help!
How It Works
1. Contact Me
Email nicholas@piparoproductions.com with your name, order number, and a brief note about what went wrong.
2. Get a Quick Response
I personally handle all customer service and will respond as quickly as possible. You’re talking directly with me, not a call center.
3. Return or Replacement
Once your request is confirmed, I’ll process your return or send a replacement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
A Few Quick Notes

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please include a photo so I can fix it fast.

For returns that are not due to damage or a manufacturing error, items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Opened or worn products can’t be accepted or resold.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
