I run this like a modern local business. It might be online, but it’s still built on small town Wisconsin values.
Every product is made to order, and production often starts shortly after purchase. I’ll always do my best to cancel any order upon request, but I can’t guarantee it once production has begun.
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, I’ll refund or replace it.
